We have confirmed that improper uses of the SETOLAS Holdings Group's intellectual property rights were listed on a Chinese e-commerce site and the company's website. These included unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted works, use of the group’s registered trademark "DHT" in China, and inappropriate guidance regarding alternatives to the products manufactured by our parent company, Kyowa Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. These descriptions are neither authorized nor recommended by us.

Regarding this matter, a request was made to the company to cease these activities, and all targeted improper descriptions and contents have been completely removed from the e-commerce site and website.
